The Salon
Our aim is to provide you with the most comfortable and relaxing treatment possible. For the safety and comfort of yourself and your therapist prams and young children are not recommended in the salon. We kindly request that noise is kept to a minimum and that mobile phones are turned off.
Reservation Policy
We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. However, your appointment time is allocated totally to you. So out of consideration for our therapists here for your treatment, and for other clients who have missed out on an appointment, we kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 48 hours notice where possible if you wish to change or cancel an appointment. A 50% fee will be charged for missed appointments or those changed with less than 24 hours notice.
Long appointments will require a deposit, credit card number and expiry date or gift voucher number to secure the booking.
What if I’m late for my appointment
If another client immediately follows your appointment, unfortunately your treatment time will be adjusted so as not to delay the next client.
